Huiping has got a bachelor degree of arts from Wuhan University of China in English Literature. After her studies she entered the field of human resources, where she worked as a HR professional for companies like Federal Mogul, Siemens China, Rio-Tinto Alcan and the automotive OEM Qoros.

In her positions as HR manager and director she gained in depth knowledge particularly in the following industries industries: autom. components, industrial machinery, mining machinery and automobile industry.
During her over 15 years of working experience, she has not only build up her expertise in human resources but has established as well a solid network of professionals and decision makers of world known companies.
After moving to southern Germany for family reasons in 2012, she is now making use of her extended
professional network helping Chinese OEM, their 1st tier suppliers and other global leading corporations to recruit
professionals rsp. experts and executives who are interested in working as expatriates in China as well as supporting those companies
to find experienced staff for their European operations (R&D Center) and expansion plans.

My career began and developed in the field of information technology.
After completing my thesis at CERN in Geneva and University of Hamburg (PhD Physics), I became an analyst and project manager at one of the leading German software houses.
I furthered six years later my professional experience when I was appointed as the marketing

After completing my thesis at CERN in Geneva and University of Hamburg (PhD Physics), I became an analyst and project manager at one of the leading German software houses.
I furthered six years later my professional experience when I was appointed as the marketing and sales manager for Switzerland by another renowned German IT company.
The next career step was the role of Managing Director of the German subsidiary of one of the leading Swiss software companies.
Finally, I was entrusted the position of Director and Board Member of the German subsidiary of the world's 2nd largest computer company, where I focused on restructuring the company`s Professional Services department.
During all these years, I got insight into a large cross section of different industries, where I was involved in the design and development of complex IT solutions for various technical and scientific applications (e.g. R&D, Manufacturing, Logistics). It is very obvious that in view of my managerial responsibilities I became familiar with top level negotiations at executive level of many Fortune 500 companies.
In 2016 I joined Sino German Executive Search, a unique executive and expert headhunting company for the Chinese Automotive and other international leading corporations. Due to my involvement in many international projects and having lived and worked for more than a decade in Southern Africa, I am fully proficient in English language.
